Thank you for considering the roof maintenance proposal which we sent out in January. We shall respond during the next two weeks once we have collated all the detail and discussed it with the contractor.
As a result of the responses received, it would appear a number of us have encountered issues with ingress of water from roofs, downpipes or rainwater channels.
Please can you use the form below to confirm if you have had these issues, and if reported to David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East Customer Services? Please would you also give details of any response received.
We shall then collate this information, and if there appears to be a real issue, raise it with Senior Management to highlight our concerns and request an urgent remedial solution.
Please would you complete the form no later than 1st March 21.
Please note that this survey is for the houses only. It is not needed for the apartments because Watson arranges the maintenance of the roof as part of their service.
